UPKM hosted an industry roundtable as part of the Erasmus+ project K2W – Empowering Career Readiness and Industry Collaboration for Higher Education in the Western Balkans.

The event brought together representatives from telecommunications, energy, IT, innovation centers, and the startup community to discuss how well graduates are prepared for the labor market and how cooperation between academia and industry can be further strengthened.

Special focus was placed on practical learning, internships, and providing students with real-world experience to enhance students’ career readiness.

Strengthening university-industry collaboration is essential for developing the skills needed for the future.
