UPKM organized a focus group with academic staff as part of the Erasmus+ project K2W – Empowering Career Readiness and Industry Collaboration for Higher Education in the Western Balkans.

The discussion focused on reviewing study programs, identifying current challenges, and evaluating how well they prepare students for labor market demands, particularly in the areas of digital skills, key competences, and employability.

Academic staff shared valuable insights and proposals for improving curricula, practical teaching, and cooperation with industry, with the goal of strengthening students’ career readiness and enhancing the quality of education.

The outcomes of this focus group will contribute to the ongoing development of activities within the K2W project.
